Job Title

A Senior Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving daily operations, achieving sales targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This role oversees area-wide sales growth, fosters strong team leadership, and monitors performance metrics to ensure seamless store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive area-wide sales growth.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to Team Leaders and Regional Supervisors.

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth store operations, including accurate inventory control, timely stock replenishment, and proper display setups.
  • Leadership & Development: Foster strong team leadership, monitor performance metrics, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Design and implement initiatives aimed at increasing sales, improving customer engagement, and enhancing area profitability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, partner agencies, and retail stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, ideally within the retail or beauty/cosmetics industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive results, and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
