Job Summary:

The Restaurant Area Manager oversees multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and high-quality customer service. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and performance management to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support restaurant managers across multiple locations.
  • Ensure consistent quality, service, and brand standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies for sales growth and cost control.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and revenue targets.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor management teams.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and corporate teams to drive promotions and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
