About the role

As an Area Manager at Fun Han Mart', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and performance of multiple retail stores within a defined geographic area. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila and requires a results-driven individual with strong leadership and operational skills.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of several retail stores, ensuring efficient workflows and exceptional customer service
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, enhance profitability, and improve overall store performance
  3. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Store Managers, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  4. Analyse store-level data, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective action plans
  5. Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to align on business objectives and share best practices
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  7. Identify and address operational challenges, providing creative solutions to optimise performance

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management or multi-site operations role
  2. Proven track record of driving sales, profitability, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment
  3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels
  6. Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
  7. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
