Job DescriptionResponsible for delivering sales and profit goals by planning, coordinating, controlling, and directing store operations in the assigned area. Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure efficient and effective store operations across all stores in the area (Metro Manila). Implement management directives and ensure stores are maintained in excellent condition, focusing on customer experience, displays, cleanliness, and proper asset maintenance.

Conduct regular store audits for compliance. Oversee the opening of new stores in the area. Conduct interviews, approve hiring for rank-and-file positions, and recommend hires for supervisory and managerial roles.Recommend promotions, regularizations, and transfers of employees.

Develop a talent pipeline for future store officers. Optimize manpower resources, including scheduling and staffing levels. Train and evaluate store staff to enhance performance.

Provide final approval for employee appraisals. Maintain open communication to foster a positive attitude towards company goals. Participate in disciplinary processes as needed.

Monitor staffing levels and coordinate with HR and Merchandising teams. Formulate strategies for achieving sales targets, reducing expenses, and meeting profit objectives. Improve customer service and operational systems to meet key performance indicators.

Analyze sales, profitability, and productivity trends to develop improvement strategies. Assess and recommend manpower and organizational changes. Analyze and negotiate rental rates and other lease-related matters.

Plan for area expansion, downsizing, closure, or relocation. Prepare annual sales and expense budgets. Represent the company in negotiations and meetings requiring senior leadership.

Perform other duties as assigned. RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in the fashion sales industry.

Proven management experience, preferably overseeing multiple branches in fashion retail. Strong background in operations management. Leadership skills and strategic business mindset.

Analytical, quantitative, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills. High integrity, commitment, maturity, and confidence. Note: Can start ASAP.

Work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
