The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and executing new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives. This includes brand acquisition, location scouting, partnership development, and market expansion both locally and internationally. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a solid background in F&B or retail development, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new brands, markets, and store locations).
  • Manage the end-to-end process of market research, feasibility studies, and business case development.
  • Build relationships with landlords, mall developers, franchisors, and potential partners.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead negotiations for leases, franchise agreements, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Present business plans and expansion proposals to the CEO and executive team.
  • Monitor the performance of new ventures and suggest areas for improvement or optimization.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and food expos to stay updated on emerging concepts and trends.
