We're looking for a proactive and meticulous Construction Coordinator to manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all quality and safety standards. This role requires close coordination with internal teams and external partners to maintain seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, developing and maintaining schedules, and proactively tracking progress.
  • Coordinate closely with the Development team, specifically with the Director, Interior Designer, and Architect, to manage ongoing construction projects and ensure a shared understanding of project status and needs.
  • Manage the procurement, delivery, and inventory of materials and resources to support project timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, franchisees, and external and internal teams, effectively resolving issues and ensuring clear communication.
  • Ensure all project activities adhere to strict quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular progress reports to management.

Job Type: Full-time
