As our PCR Team Leader, you will take charge of a dynamic unit responsible for PCR/ADR operations. You'll mentor and empower a talented group of clinicians and CDAs while optimizing workflows to ensure accuracy, speed, and SLA compliance. Your leadership will directly strengthen the organization's performance and service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate PCR/ADR staff and CDAs to achieve top-tier performance
  • Oversee daily PCR/ADR operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks
  • Manage workflow optimization efforts and implement corrective actions to maintain SLA adherence
  • Conduct quality audits and maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, payer rules, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify operational gaps and develop action plans to enhance productivity and service delivery
  • Track key performance metrics and generate data-driven insights to support organizational goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, streamline processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • A licensed clinician is required (PHRN, PTRP/PT, or MD)
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing PCR/ADR teams within healthcare operations
  • Proven track record in leading and optimizing PCR/ADR workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and SLA compliance
  • Skilled in mentoring, coaching, and supervising PCR/ADR staff and CDAs; adept at resolving operational challenges and driving team performance
  • Strong background in quality control, audits, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA, payer, and regulatory requirements
  • Experienced in tracking key metrics, streamlining workflows, and implementing corrective actions to achieve organizational goals
  • Open to night shifts and available to start immediately
