Pod Leader – Digital Marketing Agency (Singapore)About the Role

We're seeking a Pod Leader to lead and elevate our high-performing digital marketing agency in Singapore. This is a senior leadership, client-facing role for a Singapore-based digital marketing professional with deep expertise across Google Ads, SEO, and performance-driven growth strategy.

As a Pod Leader, you'll act as both strategic architect and department leader — guiding a pod of account managers and performance marketers to deliver measurable results for clients. You will be the primary strategic partner and day-to-day contact for our clients, responsible for translating business objectives into powerful digital strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of clients and a team of performance marketers and account managers, driving alignment, collaboration, and achievement of client growth objectives.
• Act as theprimary client contact for digital marketing strategies — owning relationships, strategy presentations, and performance reviews.
• Develop high-level marketing strategies across Google Ads, SEO, and complementary digital channels, aligning them to client business goals.
• Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization to deliver predictable, scalable results (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
• Evaluate and evolve clients' digital ecosystems — from ad strategy to landing page performance and SEO visibility.
• Drive continuous performance improvement through data insights, testing frameworks, and refined tactical execution.
• Partner with agency leadership on forecasting, revenue retention, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Requirements / Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of senior level digital marketing experience in a performance-focused or integrated agency, with proven success in a senior or high-level strategic capacity.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads strategy, paid media optimization, and campaign architecture. You must have hands-on experience in creating WINNING ad campaigns. This is a CORE COMPETENCY SKILL. You must have PROVEN experience in this skill. Do not apply if this is not your STRONG SUIT.
• Proven expertise in developing SEO strategies, from technical to content and link-building strategies that drive client results.
• Demonstrated success managing client relationships and leading strategic discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams and driving alignment across account management, media, and creative functions.
• Proficient in digital analytics platforms (GA4, Data Studio/Looker Studio, Supermetrics) with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-moving agency environment.

Starting Salary: PHP 150,000 / month (depending on experience)
