Are you a natural leader who loves helping others grow and succeed? We're looking for a Team Leader to guide, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Associates toward one shared goal — doubling our clients' return on investment through exceptional service and performance.

As a Team Leader, you're the go-to problem solver, mentor, and motivator for your team. You'll ensure every Sales Associate has the tools, feedback, and support needed to perform at their best while maintaining the company's high standards and positive culture.

Role: Sales Team Leader

Location: Remote

Pay: Start at $8/hour and up to $1,760/month plus bonus and commission

Type: Part-time to Full-Time transition

What You'll Do

  • Lead, manage, and hold your team accountable for achieving results.
  • Coach Sales Associates through text, email, and call feedback.
  • Host daily and/or weekly team huddles to align goals and build momentum.
  • Guide your team to effectively use internal systems and resources.
  • Oversee the 90-Day Journey for all new accounts and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Step in as a backup Sales Associate when emergencies arise.
  • Provide done-for-you text scripts and support materials as needed.
  • Attend new account onboarding calls and ongoing check-ins during the first six weeks.
  • Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with Sales Associates to foster growth and confidence.
  • Update and send daily EOD snapshots and reports via Slack.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs.
  • Uphold company standards and drive a culture of accountability, energy, and excellence.
  • Address and manage disciplinary actions when needed.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role and 1 year in leadership.

What you need to have

Required:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a sales role (appointment setting, phone sales, or membership sales)
  • Minimum 2 year experience in a leadership, QA, coaching, or training position
  • Experience in B2C sales (preferably U.S. market)
  • Background in the fitness industry or service-based businesses (bonus)

Preferred:

  • Strong knowledge of sales fundamentals: rapport-building, needs analysis, objection handling, closing
  • Ability to read KPIs and convert data into action plans
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong coaching abilities: feedback, roleplay facilitation, performance improvement
  • Experience conducting call audits and creating coaching notes
  • High-level organizational and time-management skills

  • Skilled in conflict resolution and managing difficult conversations
  • Ability to multitask across multiple client accounts

Technical Requirements:

  • Reliable laptop/desktop capable of running CRM and communication tools
  • High-speed, stable internet connection (with backup options)
  • Professional-quality headset/microphone and noise-free work environment
  • Functional webcam for coaching, evaluations, and meetings
