Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership and Management:

● Supervise and mentor a team of 2D Animators, Motion Designers, and Post-Production

Editors, foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

● Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct

performance evaluations to support team members' professional growth.

● Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring balanced workloads and alignment with individual

strengths and project requirements.

● Promote a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to explore new

techniques, tools, and trends in animation, motion design, and post-production.

2. Project Oversight and Creative Direction:

● Oversee the development and execution of 2D animations, motion graphics, and

post-production edits for a wide range of projects, including promotional videos,

explainer videos, social media content, corporate presentations, and more.

● Ensure all deliverables align with the creative vision, brand guidelines, and project

objectives while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

● Collaborate with creative directors, clients, and stakeholders to define project scopes,

timelines, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the production

process.

● Review and approve animations, motion graphics, and final edits, ensuring

consistency, quality, and adaptability across diverse platforms and formats.

3. Workflow and Process Optimization:

● Develop and implement efficient workflows for animation, motion design, and

post-production processes, optimizing resource allocation and project timelines.

● Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing tasks and resolving bottlenecks to

ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content.

● Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between animators, motion designers,

editors, and other departments (e.g., sound design, marketing, or client-facing teams)

to ensure seamless project execution.

● Maintain organized project documentation, including timelines, feedback logs, and

revision histories, to support transparency and accountability.

4. Quality Assurance and Feedback Integration:

● Conduct thorough reviews of team outputs, ensuring animations, motion graphics, and

final edits meet high-quality standards and project-specific requirements.

● Facilitate iterative feedback loops with team members, clients, and stakeholders,

ensuring revisions are effectively incorporated to achieve polished, impactful

deliverables.

● Ensure content is optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites,

broadcast, and internal communications, maintaining compatibility and viewer

engagement.

5. Industry Awareness and Innovation:

● Stay informed of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in 2D animation, motion

design, and post-production, sharing insights with the team to drive innovation.

● Encourage the adoption of new techniques and software to enhance the team's

creative capabilities and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

● Lead training initiatives or workshops to upskill team members in emerging tools,

styles, or best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelor's degree in animation, motion design, film production, or a related field (or

equivalent professional experience).

● Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in 2D animation, motion design, or

post-production, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

● Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Animate, Premiere

Pro, or equivalent tools).

● Strong understanding of animation principles, motion design techniques, and

post-production workflows.

● Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects,

prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams,

collaborate with stakeholders, and present ideas effectively.

● Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality outputs

across diverse project types.

● Adaptability to manage varied animation styles, motion design techniques, and

platform-specific requirements.
