Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our offshore support team. This role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our Queensland office. The successful candidate will work closely with the in-office team through regular online collaboration. Full training and ongoing support will be provided via Zoom or other suitable communication platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks.
- Process client accounts for payment in accordance with established procedures.
- Prepare and edit Word documents, including retyping or formatting documents as required.
- Send emails to clients containing reports and documentation prepared by other team members.
- Prepare meeting materials and minutes, primarily by updating previous documents (e.g., changing dates and relevant details).
- Record and organize voting results received via email.
Requirements:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong retention skills and ability to recall processes and tasks previously completed.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with office programs and systems.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate closely with the onshore team.

Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Manila Time
Work Location
- Home-based
- Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 20 MBPS)
- Should have own laptop/pc (minimum of i5 8GB)
