We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant who can support clients with day-to-day administrative tasks while helping manage small projects and timelines. This role involves calendar management, appointment setting, lead generation, and assisting with project deliverables to ensure everything is completed and communicated on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support project management, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Coordinate updates between clients and the production team
  • Assist with lead generation and basic outreach tasks
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle appointment setting
  • Prepare simple reports, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Help with general administrative work as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative or similar roles
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Mailchimp, Canva, and other platforms
  • Strong experience working with US clients
  • Background in a BPO (US voice account) is a huge plus
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php55,000.00 per month
