Job description:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and communicative Remote Administrative Assistant with experience in outbound sales to join our team as a part-timer. This role blends administrative support with light sales responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable engaging with prospective clients.

The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations while also playing a key role in generating new leads and nurturing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and internal communications.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Customer Service:

  • Serve as a first point of contact for clients and prospective students.
  • Address inquiries and provide accurate information via email, phone, and chat.
  • Foster positive customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Outbound Sales:

  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to prospective clients from our lead database.
  • Clearly communicate program offerings and benefits to encourage enrollment.
  • Assist in managing CRM tools to track outreach efforts and client interactions.

Data Management:

  • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
  • Generate and analyze basic reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in an administrative assistant role, preferably remote.
  • Experience in outbound sales, customer engagement, or telesales is required.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable with phone communication and proactive outreach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a remote setting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
