WORK SET UP:
Will be an onsite set-up for the first few months then will be in a hybrid set-up after work assessment
JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for the payroll processing and reports generation of assigned clients/accounts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic/Tactical
- Performs payroll processing based on specific requirements of the clients.
- Encodes personnel data of new hires into the system.
- Uploads, encodes client's payroll instructions into the payroll system.
- Generates trial run and proof lists.
- Prepares and issues pay slips.
- Maintains records of leave availment
- Computation of SSS sickness and maternity benefits.
- Maintain files of instructions and reports.
- Reconciliation of BPO records vs. client records for tax Annualization.
- Reports and Analytics
- Collates data and prepares OT/Leaves/Tardiness reports.
- Generates payroll reports from the payroll system – payroll registers, deductions registers, earnings registers, bank asci file files.
- Preparation of adhoc reports.
- Process and Compliance
- Prepares monthly advice for the government remittance.
- Prepares monthly collection lists for remittance and posting of Statutory Deductions – contributions and or loans (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, Withholding Tax).
- Prepares and processes computation of final pay/retirement/separation and related documents for resigned employees.
- Processes Tax and Income Annualization at year-end:
Generation of Tax Register
Preparation of Alpha list
Generates BIR Form 2316 for active and resigned employees
Alpha list submission to BIR
Leadership Responsibilities - Participates in training, development and other company activities
- Identifies improvement in the process
- Performs other tasks as required from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- Education/Special Studies: Graduate of any 4-year business course
- Experience: 1 -2 years experience in Timekeeping and Payroll
Desired
- Proficient in Excel
- With experience in Customer Service
- More than 6 months experience
- Experience in BPO settings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php33,000.00 per month
