Key Responsibilities

  • Process and validate end-to-end payroll to ensure accurate and timely payout.
  • Verify attendance, timekeeping records, and employee movements (OT, adjustments, deductions).
  • Prepare payroll reports, government remittances, and regulatory filings.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external agencies on payroll-related concerns.
  • Maintain payroll systems, employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-company setup.
  • Strong knowledge of timekeeping, government contributions, and payroll policies.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and payroll/HRIS systems.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong analytical skills.
