Payroll, Compensation and Benefits Officer

Job Summary:
The Compensation and Benefits Officer will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll and final pay, resolving any payroll-related issues and maintaining payroll records. This role requires strong analytical skills, understands financial language, a thorough understanding of payroll and final pay regulations, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- End to End processing of Payroll (Timekeeping, Payroll Disputes, Payroll Instructions, Payroll Validation)
- Responsible for updating the salaries of employee in HRIS (New Hires, Salary Increases, Promotion)
- End to End processing of Offboarding (From Clearance to Releasing of Final Pay Documents)
- Creation/Drafting of HR Policies Provide assistance to employees regarding queries about payroll and other benefits
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to generate, interpret and analyze reports
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Strong understanding of payroll and benefits regulations
- Proficiency in specifically MS Excel and Google Sheet, and experience with HRIS
- Strong attention to detail, has initiative and a can-do attitude
- A high degree of flexibility; proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple complex projects, and to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
- Experience working with Finance, Accounting and other related department
- Ability to work independently and with a team
Qualifications, Certifications And Education Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-4 years proven experience in compensation and benefits administration

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
