About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Systems / Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support IT systems across servers, networks, virtualization, and cloud platforms. You'll handle advanced technical support, system management, and work with clients to ensure stability, security, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage servers, storage, networks, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Administer Active Directory, Office 365, Windows/Linux servers, Azure & AWS
  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for desktops, servers, and applications
  • Troubleshoot networking: WAN/LAN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, routers, VPNs
  • Support cloud services (Azure, AWS) and ensure smooth integrations
  • Handle backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning
  • Apply patches, monitor systems, and recommend upgrades
  • Use monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, SCCM) and maintain documentation
  • Lead IT projects, upgrades, and migrations with clients and vendors
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity and automation best practices

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years' IT experience with global/international clients
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, AWS
  • Experience with Windows/Linux servers, VMware/Hyper-V
  • Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, and VPNs
  • Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) a plus
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
  • Flexible, able to work onsite (BGC, Taguig) on a night shift schedule
