Job Overview

We are looking for an L2 Service Desk Engineer with NOC experience to join our IT operations team. The role involves handling escalated issues, performing network troubleshooting, and ensuring efficient service delivery to clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 support for desktops, servers, and networks
  • Handle escalations from Level 1 and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Perform network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
  • Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure environments
  • Maintain documentation, ticket updates, and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients for smooth service delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Service Desk or Technical Support
  • Exposure to NOC or network monitoring tools
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, Office 365, and Azure
  • Good understanding of VPN, routing, switching, and firewalls
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or MCSA are a plus
