Position: L2 IT Support Engineer (MSP / Cloud Infrastructure)

Location: Makati City | Hybrid / Night Shift

Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you an experienced IT Support professional with strong exposure to MSP environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, and network security? We are looking for a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will support multiple clients across industries, ensuring their IT systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.


Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver remote and onsite IT support for client systems, including servers, workstations (physical & virtual), networks, and cloud platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve escalated issues across hardware, software, email, and security applications.
  • Monitor client environments proactively for performance, availability, and security threats using tools such as PRTG, Zabbix, and ITGlue.
  • Manage accounts, access rights, and security policies in Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
  • Administer and troubleshoot networking equipment (Cisco, Dell switches, firewalls such as Fortigate, Sophos, Juniper).
  • Respond to alerts from detected security incidents, remediate threats, and escalate as needed to senior engineers.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, ticketing, and reporting through ConnectWise or similar systems.
  • Collaborate with team members (L1, L2, L3 Engineers, and NOC staff) to ensure SLA targets are consistently achieved.
  • Support data backup, recovery, and system patching activities to maintain system health and compliance.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in an MSP or NOC environment.

  • Strong technical expertise in:

  • Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration (Exchange, Entra ID, SharePoint, Conditional Access, Purview)

  • Active Directory & Exchange (on-prem) account management
  • Network troubleshooting & security (Cisco/Dell switches, Fortigate/Sophos/Juniper firewalls, VPNs)
  • Monitoring tools (PRTG, Zabbix, Cacti, Ntop)
  • Endpoint protection & backups (Cisco AMP, RMAN, file server backup/restore)
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (ConnectWise, ITGlue, or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Willing to work night shift / flexible schedule to support offshore clients.
