What You'll Do

  • Be the go-to expert for advanced technical issues and remote troubleshooting across multiple client environments.
  • Diagnose, resolve, and prevent IT incidents and performance issues — keeping systems running at their best.
  • Work closely with senior engineers and vendors to deliver seamless solutions and excellent customer experiences.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain client systems to reduce downtime and boost efficiency.
  • Keep detailed documentation for every ticket, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by learning new tools and technologies that make MSP operations even better.

What You Bring

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience as an L2 MSP Engineer or similar role within an MSP environment.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills across networks, servers, and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with RMM tools, PSA systems, and remote support technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach — you know how to build trust with clients.
  • Self-driven and collaborative — you perform well under pressure and deliver results.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, or ITIL are a plus (and we'll help you get more).
