NOW HIRING: Remote Guest Services & Sales Representative

Location: Remote

Schedule: Central Time

Compensation: $6 per hour plus monthly commission

About the Role

We are looking for a Guest Services & Sales Representative to support one of our clients, a growing short term rental management company based in Southeastern Wisconsin. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with guests, thrives in a customer focused environment, and feels confident converting inquiries into bookings. You will assist guests, manage reservations, handle administrative tasks, and help drive revenue during evening and weekend shifts.

Applicants should be comfortable working with platforms such as Cloudbeds, Airbnb, Vrbo, , CRM systems, email, phone, and chat tools.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Engagement and Sales

-Respond to guest inquiries through phone, email, and chat using clear and confident communication

-Share property details and highlight features to encourage bookings

-Promote add ons and special offers

-Maintain a sales driven mindset focused on conversions and guest satisfaction

Reservation and Administrative Support

-Manage reservations and guest information accurately

  • Process bookings, changes, payments, and cancellations

  • Document guest interactions and requests in the CRM

-Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to support smooth turnovers

Issue Resolution and Support

-Handle guest concerns with professionalism and empathy

- Escalate issues when needed

-Assist with follow up messages and feedback after a guest's stay

Ideal Candidate

Required

-At least 3 years of experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or guest services with a background in sales or reservations

-Excellent verbal communication skills

-Strong sales or upselling experience

-Highly organized and comfortable with remote administrative work

-Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred

-Experience using Cloudbeds or similar property management systems

-Familiarity with Airbnb, Vrbo, and
