Ten Eighty Hospitality is expanding our remote Guest Services Team We're looking for a Spanish-speaking Guest Service Agent who will support our U.S.-based hotels by providing excellent guest communication and assistance in both Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests via phone, email, and OTA channels (e.g., , Expedia).
  • Respond promptly and professionally in both Spanish and English.
  • Coordinate with on-site hotel teams to ensure smooth operations and quick issue resolution.
  • Process reservation changes, cancellations, and confirmations accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records in booking and property management systems.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
  • At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or reservations.
  • Familiarity with hotel systems, PMS, or OTA platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work U.S. hours (night shift).
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
