Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate front office staff.
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth hotel operations.
  • Monitor occupancy, room rates, and front office reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or Front Desk Supervisor in the hotel industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Servo, Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
