  • You know your way around a CRM. You've used systems like Salesforce before. If you really know Salesforce, you just skipped to the front of the line.
  • You're a WFH pro. You're a master of managing your own time. Your reliability and organizational skills are legendary.
  • You're a fast learner. You can pick up new processes and systems without breaking a sweat.

  • You're a team player. You have a positive, 'can-do' attitude and are always willing to go the extra mile.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Playing Customer Detective: You'll handle all sorts of customer queries, digging in to find the root cause and resolving it.
  • Wrangling the CRM: You'll live in Salesforce, tracking every case from "Help" to "You're amazing"
  • Being the B2B Guru: You'll act as the main point of contact for our business customers, giving them the white-glove service they deserve.
  • Juggling Emails and Calls: You'll own your queue, crushing a high volume of emails with a side of phone support.
