Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any related course
- Preferably with at least 6 months to 1year experience handling some facets of HR such as Recruitment, Employee Relations, CompenBen and Training and Development.
- Must be highly analytical, organized, proactive and has keen eye for details.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality in all transactions of HR
- Can work with minimum supervision and can work under pressure.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts end-to-end process of recruitment
- Assist in compensation and benefits
- Performs employee's exit interview and coordinates clearance requirements
- Conducts Performance Review / Evaluation
- Assess and resolves work-related concerns and meets with management to determine appropriate action
- Process in customer and government compliance
- Facilitates necessary training
- Oversee timekeeping activities
- Process necessary DOLE Reports
- Performs other HR/Admin related tasks
- Willing to start asap
