Job Summary:

The Recruitment Associate will support the Human Resources Department in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the company's hiring needs. This role is responsible for coordinating the full recruitment cycle, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified applicants.
  • Conduct initial phone/virtual interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
  • Support in organizing job fairs, recruitment events, and career partnerships.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Collaborate with HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred but not required for entry-level).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
