HR STAFF - COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Location: Royal Star Head Office, Km. 50 National Highway, Barangay Parian, Calamba, Laguna
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Knowledgeable or familiar in different HR function especially in Benefits Section
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Knowledgeable in labor laws is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- With good communication skills
- Experience is advantage but not required
- Attention to detail
- Willing to be assign in Parian, Calamba City Laguna
- Can start immediately.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.) Process requests for payment for monthly contributions and loan payment for SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth and BIR
2.) Process and monitor SSS and Pagibig loans of employees
3.) Process sickness notification and reimbursement claims of employees
4.) Inform all employees to any changes related to benefits eligibility, claims and coverage.
5.) Enroll newly hired employees in life insurance (Philam and Pioneer insurance)
6.) Enroll employees in HMO provider.
7.) Assist employees with all transaction to the HMO provider.
8.) Schedule and coordinate Annual Physical Examinations of employees.
9.) Orient newly hired employees regarding with Benefits concerns
10.) Other task may be assigned from time to time.
