HR Officer

HR Officer will be responsible for supporting both Human Resources and Administrative functions. This role will help ensure smooth employee management, compliance with government requirements, and overall administrative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Maintain and update employee 201 files and records.
 - Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, scheduling, coordination).
 - Support employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
 - Monitor attendance and assist in payroll preparation (attendance reports, leave tracking).
 
Government Compliance
- Handle processing and filing of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR contributions/reports.
 - Ensure compliance with DOLE and other labor-related requirements.
 - Coordinate with external partners for compliance-related matters.
 
Administrative Support
- Prepare, organize, and file documents for HR and Admin purposes.
 - Support day-to-day office operations and other admin tasks as assigned.
 - Assist management in preparing HR/admin reports.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred but not required).
 - With at least 1 - 2 years of experience in HR or Admin roles (fresh graduates may be considered).
 - Knowledge of government contributions and compliance processes is an advantage.
 - Organized, detail-oriented, and can handle confidential information.
 - Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
 - Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
