About Us:
ALCHEDY CONSTRUCTION INC is a growing construction company committed to delivering quality projects with efficiency and professionalism. We are looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Staff to support our Admin Officer in daily operations, including purchasing, accounting, warehousing, and other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist the Admin Officer with day-to-day administrative operations. 2. Handle purchasing activities such as canvassing, preparing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers. 3. Provide support in basic accounting tasks including monitoring expenses, encoding transactions, and preparing simple reports. 4. Assist in warehouse and inventory management (monitoring stocks, deliveries, and issuance of materials). 5. Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and documentation. 6. Coordinate with different departments, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth workflow. 7. Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred but not required). *At least 1 year of experience in administrative, purchasing, or accounting-related roles (construction background is an advantage). *Strong organizational and multitasking skills. *Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). *Good communication and interpersonal skills. *Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
