Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Social Media, Recruitment & Administrative Support
Work Setup: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
The Virtual Assistant ("VA") shall provide professional support services to the Client, focused primarily on social media management, recruitment of licensed health insurance professionals, and general administrative assistance. Services include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
1. Social Media Management & Content Support
The VA will support the Client's online presence and audience growth by performing tasks such as:
Social Media Posting & Scheduling
o Preparing, uploading, and scheduling posts on all social media platforms designated by
the Client, which may include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube,
and others.
o Ensuring brand consistency across platforms based on Client-provided guidelines.
Engagement & Audience Interaction
o Monitoring comments, messages, and basic engagement on Client-approved platforms.
o Responding or escalating inquiries based on scripts or instructions provided by the Client.
Content Coordination
o Assisting with collecting, organizing, or formatting content (text, video, graphics) for social media use.
o Uploading or organizing content within the Client's internal systems, social media management tools, or cloud storage solutions.
2. Recruitment Support – Licensed Health Insurance Professionals
The VA will assist in attracting and engaging licensed health insurance agents who may be interested in expanding their services to include life insurance and annuities. Duties may include:
Outbound & Inbound Outreach
o Creating or posting recruitment-oriented content on Client-designated channels.
o Responding to interested agents using Client-provided messaging or guidelines.
Lead Identification & Pre-Qualification
o Identifying potential prospects on social platforms, professional networks, or databases provided by the Client.o Conducting initial communication to determine interest level before scheduling next steps.
Scheduling & Follow-Up
o Coordinating calls, meetings, or trainings with interested professionals.
o Sending reminders, follow-ups, and maintaining communication logs within the Client's CRM or designated systems.
3. Administrative & Operational Support
Any remaining time outside of primary duties shall be allocated to general administrative tasks within the Virtual Assistant's scope of work, including:
Email & Calendar Management
o Monitoring, organizing, and responding to emails based on Client instructions.
o Scheduling appointments, setting reminders, and managing the Client's calendar.
Call Handling
o Answering inbound calls or making outbound calls as directed.
o Taking messages, conducting basic screening, or routing calls appropriately.
Administrative Paperwork & Document Management
o Preparing, updating, or filing documents electronically.
o Organizing data, forms, and client submissions within designated systems or software.
System Organization & Data Entry
o Updating CRM records, spreadsheets, or internal tracking tools.
o Organizing digital assets, files, and information into proper folders, categories, or platforms used by the Client.
4. Client Platforms & Tools
The VA shall perform all duties using the software, systems, communication tools, and social media platforms outlined and approved by the Client, which may include CRM systems, spreadsheets, project management tools, social media schedulers, and communication platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
