German Car Accessories is looking for a Social Media & Customer Support Specialist to help grow our digital presence and provide timely support to our customers. This remote, full-time role is perfect for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about online engagement — especially within automotive communities.

You'll handle customer inquiries, engage with audiences on social media, and assist in email outreach to wholesale prospects. We're seeking someone confident in online communication and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact on social media by liking, commenting, and engaging with user content
  • Manage support tickets and live chat inquiries
  • Assist with cold email campaigns to grow wholesale partnerships
  • Contribute to brand visibility and ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Experience in social media management, customer service, or virtual assistant roles
  • Strong written English and communication skills
  • Interest in automotive accessories and car communities is a plus
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Commitment to a fixed Pacific Time shift
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to use Time Doctor for attendance tracking
  • Candidates with knowledge or experience in the automotive modification field are highly preferred
