Job Summary:

We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Expert who knows how to make TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook work for business growth.

This role combines content creation, brand storytelling, and community engagement. You'll manage both our corporate brand account and a personal/influencer-style account, using these platforms to build credibility, grow trust, and generate inbound leads through organic strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute tailored growth strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Manage both corporate and influencer-style accounts with distinct yet cohesive brand voices.

Content Creation & Execution

  • Create engaging short-form videos, reels, and visuals that highlight our services and values.
  • Showcase our mission and success stories in a relatable, high-impact way.

Audience Engagement

  • Build authentic relationships by responding to comments and DMs promptly.
  • Start and sustain meaningful conversations that encourage inbound interest.

Brand Building

  • Maintain a consistent tone, voice, and visual identity across all accounts.
  • Position Go Hire Virtual as a credible, reliable, and innovative brand in the remote staffing industry.

Customer Outreach & Collaboration

  • Develop creative strategies to connect with potential clients and partners.
  • Explore influencer collaborations and community engagement opportunities.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
  • Provide weekly reports and recommendations based on social data insights.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook (brand or personal).
  • Fluent in English with a confident, upbeat, and professional communication style.
  • Strong understanding of organic social growth, short-form storytelling, and engagement strategies.
  • Skilled in creating and editing short videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories).
  • Knowledge of platform analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, "test and learn" mindset.
