We are seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Coordinator who will act as the owner's right-hand support — helping manage daily communication, customer service, scheduling, organization, and basic business operations.
This role requires excellent English communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with confidence and professionalism.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is someone who:
Communicates clearly and professionally in English
Understands the real estate industry (USA & Canada a strong asset)
Enjoys helping clients and solving problems
Is reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Can manage inboxes, customer inquiries, and daily tasks
Is comfortable assisting with social media coordination and simple admin tasks
Wants a long-term role supporting a growing company
You will support all three brands and work closely with the owner on daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily customer service support (email, DMs, chat)
Answer client questions regarding editing services & subscription programs
Assist real estate agents and photographers with onboarding
Manage and organize communication between clients and the owner
Track tasks, follow-ups, and customer updates
Assist with simple social media tasks (posting, messaging, tracking responses)
Maintain spreadsheets, calendars, and client records
Help coordinate projects, deadlines, and basic operations
Ensure smooth communication across all businesses
Prepare simple documents, notes, reminders, or lists for the owner
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills — written & verbal
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Customer service experience (preferred)
Familiarity with the real estate industry is a major asset (USA + Canada)
Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
Tech-friendly and able to learn systems quickly
Positive, friendly, and solutions-focused attitude
Ability to work 7AM–4PM Eastern Time
Reliable internet connection
Professional and trustworthy — this is a long-term role
Preferred Skills
Experience with real estate agents or real estate photographers
Virtual assistant or admin experience
Ability to manage multiple inboxes
Social media scheduling tools (optional)
Canva familiarity (bonus)
CRM or simple project management experience
