Job Summary:

We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Loan Officer Support Assistant to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily loan officer operations, assisting with recruiting new loan officers, and handling basic marketing and social media tasks.

THIS IS PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME

Key Responsibilities:

1. Loan Officer Support

  • Monitor and respond to support tickets and inbound calls.
  • Track and manage ticket/call activity daily.
  • Send daily reports and schedules to the team.

2. Recruiting Support

  • Manage incoming leads and applicants through Rippling and Shape CRM.
  • Verify lead information (e.g., NMLS) and maintain accurate records.
  • Send email/text templates to candidates for follow-ups and scheduling.
  • Coordinate and schedule presentations, 1:1 calls, and onboarding sessions.
  • Update lead statuses and maintain daily recruitment reports.
  • Assist with onboarding licensed loan officers and provide updates to the recruitment team.

3. Marketing & Social Media Assistance

  • Review training recordings and create YouTube thumbnails.
  • Support social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads) — respond to messages, comments, and handle group requests.
  • Monitor online reviews (Yelp, Google Business, Zillow) and follow internal SOP for response management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in mortgage or real estate industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Shape), email, and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly).
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online communication etiquette.
