Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and planning: Develop, implement, and manage our overall social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Content creation: Create, edit, and schedule engaging and relevant content (text, image, video) on a daily basis across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
  • Community management: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
  • Analytics and reporting: Track key metrics, analyze performance data, and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies to management.
  • Campaign execution: Collaborate with marketing and other teams to design and execute social media campaigns.
  • Trend analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices to keep our brand relevant.
  • Brand consistency: Ensure all social media content is consistent with the company's brand voice and messaging.

For Employer Branding (additional responsibilities):

  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies: to attract and retain talent.
  • Create and manage content for career pages: and social media to showcase the company culture and employee experience.
  • Monitor and analyze employer brand performance metrics .
  • Support recruitment marketing campaigns: by using social media to promote job openings and attract candidates.
  • Gather employee feedback: to improve the employer brand's perception.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Strong content creation, copywriting, and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data.
  • Experience with social media management tools.
  • Understanding of marketing, advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO) principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is often preferred.
