Responsible for overseeing visa transactions, assisting staff and FIT clients, and ensuring smooth operations of the Visa and Documentation Department.

Key Duties:

  • Lead the team and ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Monitor emails and address client/staff concerns promptly.
  • Manage schedules and ensure morning briefing coverage.
  • Finalize team requests and assist with credit card payments.
  • Handle VIP, FIT, and leisure visa applications.
  • Act as back-up Visa Specialist when needed.
  • Oversee authorization letters and performance appraisals.
  • Recommend training and attend required meetings/events.
  • Manage admin tasks and uphold company policies and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Skilled in report preparation and systems use
  • Maintains confidentiality and handles pressure well
