Documentation Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- At least 2-5 years in document management, preferably in a similar registration or deployment process. Familiarity with relevant software or systems for document processing and tracking.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to efficiently manage documents, coordinate schedules, and liaise with applicants.
- Attention to detail and adaptability for ensuring accuracy in document preparation and responsiveness to changing requirements.
- Experience in a recruitment agency is a plus.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Process visa requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Print release visas sent via email
- Final check of visa submissions
- Update Musaned portal for visa payment and visa application on Enjaz it portal. Update accounting
- Send worker lists to Monitoring Supervisor for filing in KSA embassy
- Request MOFA uploading to respective medical clinics
- Forward encoded visas to Docs Staff for biometric appointment scheduling
- Final check of travel documents
- Prepare draft letter of undertaking for bio exemption for unsuccessful workers
