We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support and manage moderately sized travel programs while gaining hands-on experience in client services, program coordination, and operations management.

This position is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in corporate travel management—offering exposure to client relations, program oversight, and issue resolution. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless travel program delivery and outstanding customer satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Program Management and Client Support

  • Provide support for basic client services by managing low-complexity travel accounts involving air bookings, hotel accommodations, and visa arrangements.
  • Execute program tasks under the supervision of the team lead or supervisor, ensuring SLAs are met (e.g., tasks completed within four hours).
  • Support the delivery of travel programs in alignment with client needs, company standards, and compliance requirements.

2. Transaction Support and Escalations

  • Assist in transaction-related activities, particularly in hotel and visa coordination, though not directly handling transactions.
  • Monitor transaction status, track any issues or delays, and escalate concerns to the appropriate higher-level personnel as needed.
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of issues related to account management, helping to ensure that program execution aligns with client expectations.

3. Account and Program Oversight

  • Oversee the implementation of travel programs to ensure client requirements and service agreements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, SLAs, and client-specific guidelines.
  • Participate in the program approval and review process, ensuring all client needs are addressed before launch.

4. Training and Development

  • Receive hands-on training in travel program management and client servicing.
  • Build foundational skills in account management through exposure to various travel accounts and program activities.
  • Demonstrate initiative and continuous learning to prepare for future leadership or senior account management roles.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in client or account services, preferably within corporate travel management or program coordination.
  • Working knowledge of air travel, hotel bookings, and visa processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite for reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Understanding of service level agreements (SLAs) and operational compliance.
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and desire to grow within the travel management field.
