Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair commercial and domestic coffee machines and related equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal machine performance, provide technical support to customers, and uphold the company's reputation for quality service and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and test coffee machines and related equipment at client sites.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in coffee machines, grinders, and brewing systems.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration of machines.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training for customers and staff.
  • Maintain service logs, repair reports, and spare parts usage records.
  • Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams for spare parts and warranty claims.
  • Inspect returned machines, prepare service estimates, and recommend replacements if necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of electrical and plumbing connections.
  • Respond promptly to service calls and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with new coffee machine technologies and troubleshooting methods.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Technical Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 2–4 years of experience in coffee machine maintenance or similar beverage equipment.
  • Strong understanding of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and water filtration systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
