Aircon Maintenance Technician

Location: South Caloocan City

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Aircon Maintenance Technician to handle the cleaning, installation, repair, and overall servicing of various air-conditioning units. Candidates must possess strong technical abilities and hold an NC II certification in Refrigeration and Airconditioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning and routine maintenance on split-type, window-type, and inverter aircon units
  • Troubleshoot and repair defective AC systems
  • Conduct freon charging, leak detection, and address common air-conditioning issues
  • Replace faulty parts including capacitors, fan motors, compressors, filters, and other components
  • Install new units and remove old units when needed
  • Ensure safe handling of refrigerants and proper electrical connections
  • Provide urgent on-site repairs when required
  • Keep all work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Prepare and submit detailed service reports

Qualifications:

  • Must have NC II Certification in Refrigeration and Airconditioning
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in AC servicing and repair (additional experience is a plus)
  • Skilled in diagnosing both inverter and non-inverter units
  • Physically capable of performing manual and technical tasks
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Willing to be assigned in South Caloocan
  • Can start immediately
