Maintenance Technician

Join CBRE, a global leader in facilities management We're hiring Maintenance Technicians, BMS Operators, Electricians, HVAC and Electromechanical Technicians to support our clients across multiple sites.

What You'll Do:

• Perform electrical, aircon, plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and painting tasks

• Operate and monitor Building Management Systems (BMS)

• Conduct routine maintenance and emergency repairs in offices, malls, and construction sites

• Work on a shifting schedule (6 days a week, full on-site)

• Ensure safety, quality, and service delivery at all times

Location: Mckinley Taguig

Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications: TESDA NC2/EIM or DOMRAC certified preferred; with experience in electrical, HVAC, or civil works
