An HVAC technician, or heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technician, installs, maintains, and repairs HVAC systems.

  • Installation: Install HVAC systems, including electrical components and wiring.
  • Maintenance: Perform technical and maintenance inspections and identify maintenance risks.
  • Repair: Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC equipment, including electrical and mechanical faults.
  • Troubleshooting: Discuss system malfunctions with customers and explain issues and maintenance tips.
  • Record keeping: Keep records of work performed, including time worked and materials used.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with appliance standards and OSHA.
  • Emergency repairs: Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

HVAC technicians should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Knowledge of heating and cooling systems, including refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and heating pumps
  • Understanding of electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physically fit and able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Deployment of Location: Red Hotel Cubao.
