The HR Assistant provides a comprehensive support to day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions and duties, carrying out responsibilities mainly handling timekeeping, benefits administration (government remittances and internal benefits), and gives support as needed on the other Human Resources functional areas such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development.
We are looking for a people leader who possess the following competencies –
- Possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources/Psychology or equivalent
- Good and effective communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Demonstrate a positive, courteous, professional attitude
- Possess attention to detail
- Flexible and have the ability to multi-task
