Sales Admin Assistant
Role Summary:
Supporting the sales team, ensuring efficient order processing, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative assistance. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any related 4yr course.
- Good Communication, patient, keen to details and willing to learn
- Related to office accounting, purchasing, sales coordination & office coordination
- Provide clerical and operational support to Managers and sales personnel.
- Doing paperwork, liaising with clients, organizing meetings and events, handling correspondence, and supporting sales representatives.
- Knowledgeable of MS Office, internet search and viber app massaging
- Preferably, at least 1yr experience in the same field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
