As part of our continued growth, we're building a Manila-based remote team to support our operations.
About the Role
We're hiring a Construction Administrator to support our Australian team with day to day operations. You'll work with tools like Simpro, Xero and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word), closely collaborating with our team.
You have the flexibility to join as a contractor or on a full-time salaried basis, and can work fully remotely or in a hybrid setup (access to coworking space in Manila).
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day administrative functions of a busy commercial flooring company using software such as Simpro, Xero and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)
- Assist Director and Office Manager with day-to-day admin
- Coordinate and book WWCC, police clearance when required
- Book flight and accommodation as required
- Ensure documents on file are up to date using portals such as Procore, Aconex, Builder Trend, Estimate One, Simpel and Plexa
- Ensure inductions and compliance requirements are met including updating and amending SWMS, fire certificates, installation certificates. You will be using portals such as Omtrak, Simpel, Hammertech, Plexa, CM3 and Builder Trend to complete these.

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years experience in construction administration
Sound knowledge of Simpro, Xero and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word) is essential
- Experience with construction portals including Aconex, Builder Trend, CM3, Estimate One, Hammertech, Omtrak, Plexa, Procore and Simpel will be highly regarded
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Proactive, self-driven, accountable and reliable in a remote work setting
