Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: Php 60,000-63,000

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 35

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (New York)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze government Request for Proposals (RFPs) to identify new contract opportunities
  • Prepare comprehensive and compelling written responses to government RFPs
  • Assemble detailed bid packages that showcase the company's capabilities and competitive advantages
  • Ensure full compliance with government contracting requirements and regulatory standards
  • Manage administrative tasks related to government construction contract lifecycle
  • Support the field operations team with critical back-office functions that enable project success

Requirements

  • Previous experience in construction administration or government contracting strongly preferred
  • Excellent research and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Strong written communication abilities for professional proposal preparation
  • Knowledge of government compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks
  • Demonstrated determination and strong work ethic with willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy
  • Professional attitude with commitment to continuous improvement and excellence
