Job Highlights

Role Name: Admin Assistant (Construction Industry)

Monthly Rate: Php 39,000+

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 35 hours

Schedule: Flexible schedule between 7 AM to 6 PM GMT (UK business hours)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates, which depend on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities
  • Track multiple construction projects and monitor associated costs daily
  • Input and update project cost data to maintain accurate financial records
  • Manage email correspondence and client communications professionally
  • Create and process invoices for clients and vendors
  • Source and order materials for construction projects, coordinating with suppliers
  • Maintain project documentation and administrative records with attention to detail
  • Support general administrative tasks that keep operations flowing
  • Collaborate directly with UK-based team members during business hours

Requirements
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Proficiency with Trello for project management and/or QuickBooks for financial tracking is a bonus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Available during UK business hours (flexible between 7 AM and 6 PM)
  • Bonus: Knowledge or understanding of the construction industry
  • It helps if: You're comfortable making phone calls for ordering and supplier coordination
