Overall Description of the Job

  1. Market Development & Strategy

  2. Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  3. Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities (new locations, franchise partners, catering, delivery platforms, etc.).
  4. Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company goals key areas.

  5. Sales & Revenue Generation

  6. Achieve sales targets through corporate accounts, events, bulk orders, and partnerships.

  7. Build strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
  8. Negotiate contracts and partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and corporate clients.

  9. Brand Expansion & Partnerships

  10. Explore and establish collaborations with malls, real estate developers, delivery apps, and other business partners.

  11. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
  12. Represent the company in industry events, networking activities, and community programs.

  13. Operational Support

  14. Provide insights on customer behavior to help improve products, services, and customer experience.

  15. Coordinate with operations, marketing, and finance teams for business development projects.
  16. Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Prepare business proposals, feasibility studies, and financial forecasts.
  • Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to support growth initiatives.
  • Achieve set business development targets and KPIs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php55,000.00 per month
