Overview

We're looking for an experienced and results-driven
IT Business Development Manager
to spearhead our growth initiatives in key emerging technology sectors. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who can identify new market opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue by selling our cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities:

Market & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy targeting enterprise clients in the Generative AI, Agentic AI, Command Center Projects, Smart City, and IT Infrastructure domains.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching market trends, competitors, and potential client needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, including presentations, case studies, and proposals tailored to specific client challenges.

Sales & Client Management:

  • Generate and nurture a pipeline of leads through networking, cold outreach, and attending industry events.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Present our IT capabilities and solutions clearly and convincingly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Technical Acumen:

  • Possess a strong understanding of emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Agentic AI, and their practical business applications.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Command Center solutions, Smart City frameworks, and core IT infrastructure (e.g., cloud, data centers, networking).
  • Work closely with the technical and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and meet client requirements.

  • Relationship Management:
    Proven ability to build, nurture, and maintain strong professional relationships with both internal teams and external clients. This competency is key to long-term success and repeat business.
  • Results-Oriented:
    A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires a self-starter who is motivated by achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Adaptability & Learning Agility:
    The technology landscape, especially in AI, is constantly evolving. The ideal candidate must be able to quickly grasp new concepts, adapt to market shifts, and continuously update their knowledge base.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in B2B IT sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
