Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Quezon City. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, developing strategies for business growth, managing client portfolios, and collaborating with internal teams to meet company objectives. The role will require regular reporting and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Business Strategy
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the marketing, advertising, or related industry is an advantage
  • Can lead sales team and digital marketing team to hitting the target sales for the year.
